Pierre-Philippe THOMIRE
Pierre-Philippe Thomire, born in Paris on December 6, 1751 and died in the same city on June 9, 1843, is a sculptor, tan, founder, ciseleur and French gold.
One of the most remarkable tans of his generation, he is recognized for his bronze production under the Ancien Régime. He raises this trade under the Empire at its highest level of quality, while creating in the early years of the 19th century an industrial enterprise whose influence is European. He retired in 1823.
