Review to the Carnival lovers... and gourmet traditions! The Village of Carnival welcomes the final of the large ganses competition organised by the CFA Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur.

The top 10 recipes previously selected by CFA's sweet experts will be presented on February 18 at 4 p.m. These finalists will present their creations on a plateau decorated with the theme "Live the Queen". They'll let their imagination talk! The jury, composed of fine palaces and lovers of detail, will note the flavour, texture, but also the inventiveness of dressage. Who will win the royal title of the best ganse of the year? On your rollers!
