Above the tears

An ode to time and aquatic space

A choreographic and immersive experience where the movement explores the power of a limitless immensity and where our benchmarks are put into play. The viewer finds himself transported in a space where timelessness focuses on our ability to let us wear without resistance. The dancer's body is here considered to be the carnal vehicle of the fluids that compose us. Its vulnerability and emotions intertwine with the power and softness of the water. The latter is celebrated in its dimension of life: what it allows, what it removes us but above all how it impregnates us and how it leaves us. « Above the tears » welcomes the audience in its musical bubble, it is a immersed dive of oceanic abyss. A suspended moment where the temporal setting no longer exists and where music comes to support and carry the dancer on a journey to the heart of her own ocean.
