Reservists wishing to participate in operational activities must meet the physical fitness requirements for the exercise of the function (medical certificate of fitness for enhanced physical activity).
Subject to more favourable provisions resulting from the employment contract, a collective agreement or a collective agreement, the employee must obtain the agreement of his or her employer to fulfill his or her commitment to the CSR during his or her working time.

After receiving your file,you will be invited to present yourself before a jurywhich, at the end, will offer you an act of commitment to integrate the communal civil security reserve.

Reservists will be required to undergo initial training, additional training and retention in the following areas:
