The 3919, national listening number, for victims or witnesses of violence against women, for counsel, guidance.

Since 30 August 2021, 3919 has been available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, including hearing impaired people or language disorders.

On the occasion of the International Day for the Eradication of Violence against Women of 25 November in Nice, a major awareness-raising campaign is organized in the territory.
