Projection of the documentary “Eileen Gray and the House on the Sea” – directed by Béatrice Minger and Christoph Schaub followed by an exchange with Tim Benton Professor in Art History and Vice-President of the association Eileen Gray - Star of the Sea - Le Corbusier and Renaud Barrès, Doctor of Architecture, Director of the Architecture, Town Planning and Environment of the Pyrenees-Atlantiques

This captivating documentary explores the famous villa E.1027 in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, a modernist masterpiece designed by Eileen Gray, pioneer of the design and architecture of the twentieth century. But he also highlights the relationship between Gray and Le Corbusier. Through archival images, testimonies and fine architectural analysis, the film examines the notions of creation, appropriation and recognition in the history of architecture. A fascinating immersion in a mythical place in the French Riviera, at the crossroads of two visions of modernism.
