This exhibition, which was part of the holding in Nice in June 2025 of the Third United Nations Conference on the Ocean, will highlight an exceptional submarine heritage, ranging from the ancient wrecks of the Côte d’Azur to the contemporary remnants of a former casino that is now missing. The themes relating to history and contemporary issues of research in underwater archaeology and the preservation of international marine cultural property by UNESCO will also be discussed.
