The Uto’Pistes association is part of the dynamics of Popular Education. By this we hear that it aims to transform the territory with and by the actors who live there and act there. However, for us, “Popular Education” can not only be given access to culture and leisure or can not be reduced to a socio-cultural animation service. We aim well for a profound societal change by improving the relational capacity to oneself and the other. For this reason, for the Uto’Pists association, the child is at the heart of change because he embodies the promises of the world of tomorrow. For our association and for us as facilitators of these workshops, the circus must be a global project. He asks the whole person to be fully mobilized. He appeals to his physical, character, mind and sensitivity. The body is alive, real. Emotion passes through view, noise, smells, lights, contacts, silences...All senses are stimulated. Each issue is thus a “work” that simultaneously integrates the most diverse techniques of expression: mime, parody, theatre, gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, juggling... and everyone collaborates according to their skills.
