Traditional Japanese magic show

Thetezuma, literally quoted hands [rapids like] lightning , is the Japanese art of prestidigitation and magic. Popularized during the time of Edo where it is a very appreciated entertainment, Japanese magic has since been recognized as Japan’s intangible cultural heritage in 1997. Impregnated with poetry and considered an art in its own right, it is on the border between the magic show and the narrative show.
