Swimming pool Jean Bouin
La swimming pool JEAN BOUIN is equipped with a 50x20m Olympic pool with 8 water lines and a small 20x10m basin. Access to a solarium is also available. The NON, the swimming sections of the Semeuse, the ASPTT Nice, the GSEM, the Team Nissa Triathlon, the AMS06, the CIPA and Secourisme For All are the clubs on site. The JEAN BOUIN pool offers access to an aquatic garden or aquagym, aqua training, and aquabike.

The main workshops proposed are:
Aquastep :
All thigh muscles will work (quadriceps, ischio-jambiers), as well as calves and fessiers. Solicit cardio-respiratory activity.
Aquaboxe :
Allows generalized muscle building (jambs, thighs, abs, spanking, bust, arms etc.) and solicits cardio-respiratory activity.
Aquarame:
Allows to strengthen the whole body (pectoral, shoulder, biceps, triceps, back).
Aquafins:
Allows the strengthening of all the bottom of the body (jambs, thighs, fessiers, ischio-jambiers...).
Roller:
Allows to strengthen the whole body (pectoral, shoulder, biceps, triceps, back)
Solicit cardio-respiratory activity based on intensity.
Abdominals:
Allows to strengthen the abdominal chain by different movements and gaining exercises.

Aquatic garden (excluding school holidays)
Come and discover the aquatic environment with yourchildren 2 to 5 years! Frites, water mats, slides, will allow your child to manage its balance and promote itconfidence and autonomy.

Equipment to be planned
- An anti-fut jersey or a watertight layer (required in some swimming pools).
- A large bath towel or bathrobe.
