Since 2018, the Urbanism and Architecture Forum has regularly programmed in its exhibitions films that show architecture, the city and the landscape in a different way, thus allowing the public to immerse themselves in a sensitive way in space and in the stories of images directed by architects or designers, artists or documentaries.

With "Atmospheric, filming architecture" it goes further. He transforms his exhibition rooms into intimate immersion routes in films or videos of author, during three successive sessions (April/October) with more than thirty works from France and around the world, mostly unpublished in Nice, throughout a spring and summer of architecture and cinema. Art film, fiction, sociological portrait, satire of the corporate film, experimental video, dance film or societal essay will thus illustrate the multiple possible angles of approach, understanding and appropriation of the world around us. Since architecture and cinema are identically scriptures of the movement in space, let us carry without fear to the four corners of the world through the flow of all these images.

While the exhibition is simultaneously presented in Taipei by arc in a dream centre of architecture, author of the original exhibition, this presentation in Nice has been reformulated by and for the Forum, with a very extensively revised programming including as many national or international works as directors rooted in our territory.

Throughout the exhibition, a program of events and mediations will be an opportunity to deepen the discovery of works as a dialogue with some of the directors.
