Marie-Lou, director of an institution for the elderly, is trying to establish a philosophy of innovative care based on the listening and dignity of the residents, despite the reluctance of some of her teams. His meeting with Mari, a Japanese stage designer who fights against cancer, will upset his trajectory. By creating a deep friendship, the two women join together in a fight to “reduce impossible”.
