Workshop of initiation to Japanese print

The temporary exhibition allows you to discover the saltimbanques in Japan through the art of the print. But what is the print? How do we produce them? This workshop explains the principle of the print through two techniques: the linogravure and the impression of a print from an original wooden matrix. It is an opportunity to understand the role of the painter, engraver and printer and to look at Japanese prints with a new eye. Start with your linogravure print and your monochrome print!
