In turn, teacher, clown, mime or singer, the comedian gives herself to joy. Only on stage... or almost. In a game that opens the door of our imaginaries, the ghost of Hamlet’s father and the fossoyors, Gertrude, Guildenstern, Ophelius and his own, both so and so well that the scene is populated and recomposes to leisure. Only in a smoky scene, deliberately oscillating between tragedy and comedy, "Presque Hamlet" draws in Shakespeare's mythical play to offer a rereading as erudite as fantasy. With the complicity of the director Dan Jemmett, Gilles Privat brings the audience into a hilarious show-conference, a tribute to the theatre and burlesque art.

IntentionA trip to the center of "Hamlet" is usually an organized trip, in a group of at least 25 people. One day in February, we came to suggest it to me. But it would be done alone, with a guide, Dan Jemmett. Only listening to our unconscious, my guide and I decided to leave the day. Despite the complexity of the terrain, the many traps scattered under our footsteps, the multitude of crossing paths we met, we can say that the regions we've travelled, the skys we've seen, the landscapes we've guessed, pushed us back to it as soon as possible.Gilles Privat
